By using baylineautomation.com or engaging Bayline Automation as a vendor, you agree to the terms below. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the site or the services.
1. What Bayline does
Bayline Automation ("Bayline," "we") builds AI employees, custom automations, and operations infrastructure for businesses. Deliverables and scope for each engagement are defined in a signed proposal or statement of work.
2. Use of this website
The site is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Scrape or reverse-engineer any part of the site or its demo endpoints beyond ordinary browsing.
- Use the interactive product experiences to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Abuse the AI endpoints (rate-limit bypass, prompt injection to exfiltrate our system prompts, and so on).
We may throttle, block, or revoke access at any time if we detect misuse.
3. Bookings and consultations
The 30-minute intro call is offered at no charge. Booking a call is not a contract. Any work beyond that first call requires a separate written agreement.
4. Payment and refunds
Paid engagements are governed by the individual proposal or statement of work. Unless that document says otherwise, invoices are net-14, and deposits are non-refundable once work has started because the time is scheduled and cannot be resold.
5. Intellectual property
- Site content: the text, code, and design on baylineautomation.com are ours, unless credited otherwise.
- Client work: once fully paid, deliverables built for a client transfer to that client. Bayline retains the right to reference the engagement in a portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- Reusable components: generic tooling, boilerplate, and internal libraries remain Bayline's property; clients receive a perpetual license to use them as part of the delivered work.
6. Third-party services
Bayline solutions often integrate with third-party platforms (Google Workspace, Cloudflare, Formspree, Twilio, OpenAI, Anthropic, and others). You are responsible for the accounts, terms, and fees of those platforms. Bayline is not liable for outages or policy changes on their end.
7. No guarantees
We build with care and share candid expectations, but we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue growth, or search rankings. Automation and AI systems can produce unexpected output; every deployment is reviewed with you before it touches production data or communicates with your customers.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bayline's total liability for any claim arising from the site or the services is limited to the fees actually paid to Bayline in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption).
9. Confidentiality
Anything you share with us in a discovery call, planning session, or the message box on the site is treated as confidential and used only to help you. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA on request.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
