Bayline Automation ("we," "us," "our") builds automation and website systems for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Bayline Automation is an automation company based in Annapolis, MD. Contact: info@baylineautomation.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly:
- Contact form and booking widget: your name, email, business (optional), phone (optional), the message you type, and the slot you pick for a call.
- Product demos: if you access an interactive product experience, we log your name and email so we can follow up.
- Automatic: your IP address, browser user agent, and referring URL are logged with each submission for spam prevention.
We do not use third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no tracking cookies).
How we use it
- To reply to your message or confirm your booking.
- To create a calendar event for your consult and send you the meeting link.
- To share follow-up materials related to the systems we discussed.
- To improve the site (aggregate patterns only, never sold or shared).
Where it lives
Form submissions are handled by Formspree (which stores each submission and forwards a copy to us via email) and, for consult bookings, added to Google Calendar under our own Google Workspace account. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. We may share it only with:
- Service providers we use to run the business (Google Workspace, Cloudflare, Formspree, and the AI providers powering Ace).
- Law enforcement or courts when required by valid legal process.
Retention
We keep contact form and booking submissions indefinitely so we can find you again if you reach back out. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing info@baylineautomation.com, and we will remove it within 14 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (US state privacy laws, GDPR, etc.), you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to specific uses or ask us to restrict processing.
- Withdraw consent for marketing follow-up.
Send any of these requests to info@baylineautomation.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We do not set tracking cookies. The site may store a small amount of local data in your browser (for example, remembering whether you have already dismissed a modal) but nothing that identifies you personally.
Children
Bayline Automation is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top and, for material changes, post a note on the homepage for at least 30 days.
